The product is a controller which measures pH or ORP using electromotive force from the pH electrode or the ORP electrode. Additionally, the collected measurements can be converted to 4~20mA analogue output and sent, which can further communicate perform control operations it other devices via output or relay contact. The product can be applied to a wide variety of field work since it is simple to use and is equipped with only the appropriate functions.

The sensor used for this product should match the international standards and any sensors that fail to meet the standards or the usage of any other types of sensors may not be compatible with this product.

Usage of Sensors

Only sensors that match the standards should be used.
Both Combination Electrode and Half Cell sensors can be used and if the sensor has built in thermal sensors, you must check if it is PT1000Ω.

Output Signal

This controller by default uses the analogue 4~20mA as its measurement output. Please consult the seller for any other types of output.

Temperature Compensation

This controller by default has temperature compensation for PT1000Ω built in, but for any other temperatures, please consult the seller.

Relay

The controller has 2 relays switches, one for cleaning the sensor and the other for selecting the upper and lower limits of the output.

Screen Composition

This controller has a separate space for displaying the measurements and the temperature on its front screen.

Controller Case

This indoor controller case is built for panel installation.
It is 96x96x88 mm in size, grade IP54, and ABS material.
Please be cautious since the case may become weak due to dust, moisture or shock.

Keypad

The controller is composed of 4 keys and each time the user pushes the buttons the controller will operate with a buzz. (The buzzing noise is small so if not in a quiet environment will be difficult to hear and even if there is no sound, this does not affect the measurements in any way.)
