My friends and I had an amazing time at Bayview Retreat. Bayview Retreat has stunning views of Oneroa and the beach. Fantastic property, amazing views, walkable to beach and the town. Amazing views, lovely light filled rooms. Wonderful views, comfortable beds, nice big towels and very good location in relation to Oneroa and only a short walk to the beach. Incredibly close to the beach also which was a plus. It's situated in a good location, only a short walk to Little Oneroa beach and general store. Bit of a walk to the beach (back home all uphill) but worth it once you're there. Can get a bit hot on the deck with no shade but was excellent for short stints outside in the sun. Start by taking a look at the service entry cables outside and at their entry into the electrical panel. There are various places to go sit outside and relax as well. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room. It was great for a larger group, with lots of room for everyone.

Overall a really easy and enjoyable place to stay, lots and lots of book reading on the deck went down. The place was perfect for our group of eight and was easy walking distance to the beaches and a wood fired pizza stand. Rooms are just a perfect size with 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet that is great for a big family or extended family.Not far from Oneroa and the bus stop isn’t far at all if Taxi’s are too expensive. The view is fantastic, an easy walk to little Oneroa and great space. Oneroa township is a 30 minute walk approximately. View from the deck is stunning, 5 min walk to bus stop, 10 minute walk to little oneroa. There is a frequent bus service as well. The property is an easy 20 minutes walk to Oneroa, where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops (incl groceries).
